Question
HOW CAN I PRUNE VINTAGE JADE WITHOUT IT LOOKING ROUND?
Answer
To avoid a meatball shaped plant, slightly tip back the taller branches. Use hand pruners rather than shears to make the cuts. Leave the branches that are growing horizontal a little longer so it isn’t a ball. Fortunately, Vintage Jade Distylium grows 4-5’ wide by 3-4’ tall so a more natural shape should be easy to maintain.
