How do i cut off a flower from my BloomStruck hydrangea? Where do I cut it? At the base or near the top?? Help!

Fresh cut hydrangea flowers are wonderful indoors! Cut the stems long enough for your favorite vase and prune just above a set of leaf buds. At that point, the hydrangea will grow new branches.
