I bought 2 bareroot cotoneasters from your website and had them 2 weeks. There is no green on them. Now what?

Have you planted them in the ground and given them regular water so the ground stays moist? Have you had some warm days since planting? Bareroot shrubs may take some time to wake up and leaf out. You’re welcome to send me some photos and I’m happy to provide some more advice.
