My Endless summers are doing well but have branches sticking up that don’t have leaves or buds. Should I cut these branches?

It’s possible those branches died over the winter. Yes, you should cut them back being careful not to trim off the newer branches and flower buds. Take a look at my hydrangea pruning video for tips on both spring cleanup and fertilizing to encourage heavy blooming.
