There is a ring – maybe permamulch – around my hydrangea. Do I leave it on when I plant it.
Answer
The grower probably put the ring on to keep the plant stable during shipping and help prevent it from losing soil. I would definitely remove it. And, then follow the instructions in our planting and care guide.
