Question

WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT THE LEAVES TURNING BROWN ON MY TIGER EYES SUMAC?

Answer

It’s one of those plants that can be loved to death!

Tiger Eyes Sumac does fine being ignored. It needs just enough water to keep it alive and get the roots growing. Too much water, and the leaves fall off. Avoid fertilizing it, especially, in the fall. You could dig it up and check to be certain it still has some healthy roots and then replant with good drainage. Or, leave it be and see what happens in the spring.

Thanks for writing!
