There is a ring – maybe permamulch – around my hydrangea. Do I leave it on when I plant it.

I got a hydrangea for Mother’s day. I planted it and now it is wilting and the blooms are turning brown. What can I do to save it?

MY ENDLESS SUMMER HYDRANGEA IS NOT BLOOMING – IT IS IN MOSTLY SHADED AREA – IS THIS THE PROBLEM?

MINE (HYDRANGEA) HASN’T BLOOMED IN SEVERAL YEARS. THE PLANT LOOKS FANTASTIC, JUST DOES NOT BLOOM. IT’S 9 YEARS OLD.
