In fact, I’ve found some ornamental grasses just don’t like being planted when it’s cold and the plant is dormant. But, if you wait until you see green blades growing, you will have much better luck. Pick a sunny spot in the garden. It isn’t really fussy about soil. The most important thing – give it some room to grow!
