Question
I have Summer Crush hydrangea that is 24-36 inches. When it first flowers, they turned out a nice pink, just a month they changed like something is wrong. Any suggestions?

Answer
When the flowers start to fade or discolor, you can deadhead them. This will encourage the hydrangea to rebloom. Hydrangea flowers sometimes turn brown as a reaction to heat or a dry spell. In the fall, stop deadheading and leave some dried flowers on for winter interest in the garden.
