Why is my All the Rage Rose not blooming?

We planted a Shining Sensation^™ Weigela about a month ago & it’s doing well. However, it has stopped blooming & no sign of any upcoming blooms. The person at the nursery said it would bloom on & off all summer. It’s in partial sun – healthy except for not blooming.

I have a reblooming lilac that only blooms once in the early spring.How do I get it to rebloom?

My hydrangea bushes in the spring have dried brown flowers at the ends of stems. Can I cut these off? Will it interfere with new blooming?

I am wondering if I’m doing something wrong since one of our Endless Summer hydrangeas is not blooming. Both hydrangeas were planted at the same time. We added some soil meant for Azaleas. The hydrangeas are in the shade all day. We have wrapped a soaker hose around each plant so they get watered at the same time. The flowering one is planted next to a man hole which limited its growth on the right side. They are planted in a heavy clay soil. Please help! How long should we be watering them?
