Why is my All the Rage Rose not blooming?

We planted a Shining Sensation™ Weigela about a month ago & it’s doing well. However, it has stopped blooming & no sign of any upcoming blooms. The person at the nursery said it would bloom on & off all summer. It’s in partial sun – healthy except for not blooming.

The leaves on my BloomStruck® Hydrangea generatedlots of brown spots and edges. What do you think caused this and what do you recommend I do?

Are Endless Summer® Summer Crush® Hydrangeas deer resistant?

I have healthy The Original Endless Summer® hydrangeas, but the blooms are now green. Is there a way to get the color back?

I planted three The Original Hydrangeas and one is not flourishing like the other two. It does get more sun 6-7hrs a day starting 1st thing in morning. It is flowering but some of the leaves are turning brown. I don’t see any bugs. Live in eastern Virginia. Used peat moss and Holly Tone when planted.
