Blossoming Questions

How do I prune once the flowers turn brown during summer?
My endless summer hydrangea is looking a little bit wilted. Some of the flower buds are bending down. I felt the soil and it is moist. We had a thunderstorm last night with strong wind for about 1-2 hours. Could that be the reason why? Is there anything I should do at this point? Thank you and any insight is appreciated:)
I just bought 2 of “The Original” and noticed some of blooms are turning brown. I’m not sure if I’m adding too much water or not enough water. They are planted in containers with good drainage and the soil is moist. They now only get morning sun. I just moved them so they aren’t getting sun all day long. Suggestions would be appreciated! I live in NY.
I have my hydrangea planted above ground in a large pot. I an trying to find out what I need to do with the plant during winter so it will come back in the spring. I have read the winter instructions but that is if the plant is planted in the ground and the roots are underground. With the plant in a pot the roots are above ground and is at more risk of root freezing. What can I do with this plant so it will come up again each year?
My hydrangea are wilting after too much sun followed by too much water in hope to correct the sun. How can I save them? Should I replant in larger pot? I have already moved it to a shady area to avoid direct sunlight.
Do I add acidic soil like a normal hydrangea?
How do I trim to make them bloom more?
I have a Hydrangea this is it’s 2nd year in a container, last year it had beautiful flowers, this year, its just getting taller no buds yet. From the top of the pot to the top of the plant it is about 30″ tall very full. What can I do to help it or should I have done something earlier? I did just give it plant food. Granulars and watered it.
How can I get my hydrangea plant to grow larger? Every year the plant died back and new growth are coming from the base when summer arrives. All the branches left from previous are all dead and did not have any new growth, and pruning did not seems to help.
On the west side of my house there is about a 6ft wide path between my house and the fence. We are putting in a 4ft wide interlock walkway and there will be a foot and a half space between the house to the interlock that will be soil and we’d like to plant something. Zone 5. Is this enough room to put any type of hydrangea? I love the colors.
