Blossoming Questions
My endless summer hydrangeas does not have any buds on it. What is wrong with it?
First time with a summer crush hydrangea. Planted in most sun . Been 2 months doing great. Just wondering if should cut off the dead blooms. Or should I say discolored faded ones.?? They still look ok and I read on the tag. The less you prune the better ??? So just wasn’t sure??
Where on the endless summer stem do I cut the blooms when I want to use in vases or because the bloom is spent and needs to be removed?
We purchased The Original this spring, but it appears to be blooming white with hints of a very light blue. Was the plant mislabeled and actually a blushing bride or does this happen with The Original?
I have my hydrangea planted above ground in a large pot. I an trying to find out what I need to do with the plant during winter so it will come back in the spring. I have read the winter instructions but that is if the plant is planted in the ground and the roots are underground. With the plant in a pot the roots are above ground and is at more risk of root freezing. What can I do with this plant so it will come up again each year?
How do I prune these rose bush shrubs? And how often?
How do I trim to make them bloom more?
I’ve had my hydrangea for 4 years and no blooms. It looks healthy not sure what I’m doing wrong.
Hi purchased beginning of may and the shrub has a couple of full grown roses. We had a late spring frost and ever since the roses that do bloom currently are small and petals just fal right off. Is this normal?
I didn’t prune my Endless Summer last fall or this Spring. I am getting new growth on almost all of my stems. Can I NOW cut some of the stems back to a new growth? It seems when I think about doing that and look at them I see more growth popping up further up the stems almost to the top.
