Blossoming Questions

Will it hurt my plants if dogs pee on them?
Do you think Italian Cypress trees could grow in Nashville? I have an eye sore I’m the backyard that I’m trying to cover with plants; I’ve planted Little Gem Magnolias, but I’m concerned I planted them too far apart. I was considering planting the Tall skinny Cypress trees in between to help fill it in. Here is a picture. I just read online they do better in more southern climates.
Are hydrangeas perennial plants and come back each year?
How can I plant Endless Summer® Hydrangeas in containers on my patio? Will I need to re-pot my hydrangea yearly or just add or change soil? I live in North Carolina and am wondering if there will be a specific insect that will be a nuisance to the plants? Will deer and rabbits wreak havoc with these plants?
My hydrangea plants appear healthy each year however, they do not produce flowers. What to do?
I have two hydrangea plants (Vanilla Strawberry) from last year. I never cut the dried flowers off from last summer. What do I have to do this spring to ensure they get new flowers this summer?
I’d appreciate advice on how to over-winter my Endless Summer hydrangeas in urns. For instance, should I move them into the garage (unheated), then when, or give them a special fertilizer? I’m hoping they will re-bloom next year and remain healthy planter plants for several years. I’m in Zone 7b (northern NJ).
I have bought the Blushing Brides online. When receiving the plant, I found some dead spots on almost all leaves. I have asked the staff and they replied it is not the disease. It is only because of high humidity during the transportation. However, I have no experience with this situation. Because I have other Endless Summer collections in my yard, I want to make sure this will not infect my other plants.
My hydrangea leaves have brown/black spots on them every year. Other species I have do not do this. Try not to water plants just roots. Can you help me figure out what is wrong and what I can do to fix.
Purchased two Tiger Eyes Sumac Staghorn plants and I want to transplant them into container pots. How do I treat the root balls which are not holding much water from original containers. Do I cut into the root balls to rid the dry soil or just loosen and leave the original soil on the plants? Will garden soil plant material in sacks be a good medium for new planting? I can add to garden soil with cedar grove or fertilize.
